Jermain O. Smith is native of Bedford Stuyvesant,

an area in Brooklyn NY.

Third generation Jamaican in the United States.

Born into a generation when crime that was

so high it bled it's way into the public schools.

On March 23, 2007

Jermain Smith became another statistic of teen violence in the

school yard. Where he was assaulted by gang members.

He barely escaped with his life suffering a traumatic brain injury.

He was hit with a gun while being held tight in a Nelson hold that nearly left him

dead from losing consciousness. Leading to many hospital stays and court appearances

in his mid teenage years.

Not able to work a regular 9-5 or attend college due to the disability,

in his health condition caused from the violent attack, Jermain had to find a way to

secure his financial future by creating his own fortune and opportunity.

With immigrant parents, he did not come from a lot.  And with no family

support as Mr. Smith grew in his purpose launched out into the Deep big world and decided to start his own company.

Utilizing the business training he learned in completing projects at 8 years

old in his eldest sibling business, who was into multi level marketing. He

took the little money he got from his disability assistance and invested

every cent into getting educated on having his own business.  He made hard

sacrifices of having little, so that he could build his company from the ground up.

Making 10k a year below the poverty line in America Mr. Smith was determined to

create a better life for himself in America. But Jermain never

allowed his health, lack of money or his circumstances to predict the type of

future & lifestyle he could have.
